What to expect:
👀 This spot in Lawrenceville at the end of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail is cool - the train tracks overhead act as so many suspension points.
🥾 The trail is a great place to take a walk! The ground is rocky and uneven, please wear appropriate shoes.
📸 Photography is welcome - consent to photos is NOT the same as consent to them being posted or shared! Please get explicit consent from everyone in frame.

What to bring:
✂️ Rope, shears, and suspension equipment. We highly recommend bringing straps for suspension. We will also have some equipment to share.
❣️ Everyone is welcome to join regardless of skill level, you don’t need to be ready for suspension to come hang out!
🥪 Water plus some snacks to share or your dinner
🪨 Bring a camp chair rather than a mat to sit on this time.

Where to go:
🛤️ We will be gathering under the train tracks near the Bernard Dog Run in Lawrenceville.
🚘 Parking is available at the bottom of 36th street, the dog run lot under the 40th street bridge, or street parking around the area. You should be able to see us from 36th street.
